1. General Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, as outlined below.
2. Eligible Items for Return
The following products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery:
Non-perishable goods (e.g., canned goods, packaged snacks, household items).
Branded products that are unopened and unused.
Items damaged during transit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
Fresh produce (e.g., fruits, vegetables, herbs).
Perishable items (e.g., dairy, meat, bread).
Opened or used items, unless defective or damaged during transit.
Personal care items (e.g., toiletries, cosmetics).
Gift cards and voucher codes.
4. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@dailygrocer.in  within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Request a Pickup: Our customer support team will assist you in scheduling a pickup for the return. We will arrange a time that is convenient for you.
Return the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available). Please ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will process the refund via bank transfer or UPI, depending on your preference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost or provide a full refund. To ensure that the issue is resolved quickly, please:
Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Provide us with photos of the damaged or defective item along with the delivery receipt.
Once we verify the condition of the item, we will initiate a replacement or refund. We may request the item to be returned for inspection, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can still return the product once it is delivered (subject to the return policy mentioned above).
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dailygrocer.in . If the cancellation request is made before shipment, we will issue a full refund.
8. Partial Order Returns
If you return only a portion of your order, we will refund the amount for the returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
9. Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Items
If you purchased an item using a discount code, coupon, or as part of a promotion, you are still eligible for a return and refund, provided the item is eligible under our return policy. Refunds will be processed based on the original price of the item paid after applying the discount.
10. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it according to our return policy and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
